The price is affordable, the choice is huge: almond and coconut milk, feijoa, chia, goji, acai, quinoa and much more unusual.
Goji berries. They are popularly called wolf berries, they are not dangerous to humans and can be used for food. Goji resemble barberry in taste and appearance.

The berries taste like raspberries or blackberries, have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, improve memory, normalize bowel function, and prevent the development of cardiovascular diseases. Superfood lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels and promotes weight loss. However, overuse of acai distorts the results of magnetic resonance therapy. Acai is used for soups, desserts, smoothies and ice cream. The berry can always be replaced with barberry, goji, chokeberry or rose hips.
Chia. The seeds are rich in fiber, trace elements (manganese, copper), macronutrients (iron, calcium, phosphorus), omega-3 fatty acids, and protein. They can be eaten raw or added to baked goods, cereals, salads and even meat or vegetable sautés as a topping. The fruit is rich in vitamin C and fiber, is considered an excellent prevention of constipation, stimulates the digestive tract, relieves bloating. 100 g of fresh feijoa contains only 55 calories and tastes like pineapple. Exotic recipes: examples

Oriental veal with feijoa
Cut 1.5 kg of veal into large pieces, pour half a glass of water into a saucepan, lay out the meat and simmer over low heat until tender. Periodically add water for juiciness. Chop 3 medium onions into rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Cut 4 large eggplants and 5-6 pieces of bell pepper into strips, add to the meat, season with salt, sprinkle with saffron and Provencal herbs, mix. 5-10 minutes before the meat is ready, add tomatoes (2-3 pieces) cut into large cubes and feijoa (4 pieces). When ready, let the dish brew (about 10 minutes).
Quinoa with vegetables
Pour 1 tbsp of quinoa with cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil, season with salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add peeled and chopped carrots (1 pc), eggplant (2 pcs), garlic (3 cloves), onion (1 pc). Fry for 5 minutes, add 2 pieces of bell pepper cut into strips. Pour the mixture into the quinoa and stir.
Lazy oatmeal with goji berries
3 tbsp. l oatmeal (not instant) pour into the jar. Pour 150 ml of flakes with fermented baked milk or yogurt (kefir). Add 20 g of goji berries, any frozen or fresh berries (cherries, raspberries, strawberries, currants), 1 tsp. honey. Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours. Suitable for breakfast and snacks. Porridge can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Acai Ice Cream
Put 2-3 bananas in the freezer for 2 hours, soak 200 g of prunes in warm water for 30 minutes. In a blender, grind the mixture of prunes, chopped bananas and 2 tbsp. l acai. The mixture can be put in the refrigerator for an hour, or you can start tasting – it turns out viscous and chilled. To taste, you can add a pinch of cinnamon, 2-3 drops of lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l. chopped nuts. Garnish the ice cream with mint leaves.
Chia seed pudding
Mix 1 cup coconut milk with 1 tbsp. chia seeds and 1 teaspoon nuts (almonds, peanuts), add honey to taste. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. The mixture should solidify and the chia should have a jelly-like consistency. Cut any fruit into cubes (mango, orange, banana) and garnish the pudding with it.
